Brooke Burke Biography

Brooke Lisa Burke is a model who was born on September 8, 1971 in Hartford, Connecticut. Burke, who studied broadcast journalism at UCLA, enjoys working out with Bikram yoga, kickboxing and tennis, and, of course, she loves nature, travel and adventure.

Brooke Burke is known for hosting Wild On! (1999-2002). She has traveled with the show to locations both popular and unusual in places like Spain, Chicago, Jamaica, Bermuda, Yucatᮬ Waikiki, the West Indies and the Amazon. Burke began as a print model at age 18 in her native Arizona and was subsequently signed to high-profile agencies like Ford and Wilhelmina. Her unique beauty, a reflection of her French, Irish and Portuguese lineage, has landed her several magazine covers and billboards, as well as editorials, posters, swimsuit calendars, videos and commercials for the likes of Bally Total Fitness and Discover Card.

Brooke first appeared nude during her modeling career for bluenudes.com. Thereafetr, she appeared in Playboy in May 2001 and Nov 2004 issue. She has also appeared in the magazines like Maxim, Stuff, and FHM.

Brooke Burke is now dating actor David Charvet. On January 8, 2007 she gave birth to a baby girl named Heaven Rain Charvet. Before that she was married to Dr. Garth Fisher in 2001. The couple has two daughters Neriah and Sierra Sky. They were seperated in July 2005.
